• Accounts are non-transferable.

• Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
• Any activity under the account is the user's responsibility.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspicious or unauthorized activity.

• Access to courses is granted only after successful payment.
• Course access may be time-bound or lifetime depending on the plan.
• Course materials are strictly for personal use and must not be copied, shared, or resold.

• Payments will be processed in accordance with the current policy and may be updated in future releases.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Applicable taxes (including GST) will be charged.

Refund requests must be submitted by contacting the platform administrator via official support channels within the specified period from the date of purchase. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Course materials have been downloaded
• Certification has been issued
• A significant portion of the course has been accessed or completed
• Any misuse or fraudulent activity is detected

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and issued via the original payment method.

• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements.
• Certificates do not guarantee employment or career outcomes.
• We reserve the right to revoke certificates in case of malpractice or violation.

Users agree not to:

• Share account credentials
• Distribute course materials
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Violate any applicable laws

Violation may result in immediate termination.

All content including videos, materials, branding, and course structure are the intellectual property of Moyo Innovations or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Job placement
• Salary increase
• Career outcomes

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time without prior notice for violations of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
